What is the custom order process?
♡ After contacting us, we will discuss your design, colours etc further. You will be sent a mock up of your design in which at that point you can make modification, check spelling and placement of design. After finalizing your design and determine the launch date, you will be sent a link to your personal custom order invoice on the webpage in which you can complete the purchase.
What is the cost of custom orders?
♡ This will vary depending on apparel, detail, colour and size of your design. Once we have more detail will be able to give you a quote before we start the process of designing.
What is the order minimum for custom orders?
♡ There is no minimum for custom orders, we do offer a discount for orders larger than 10 items.
How long does the custom order process take?
♡ Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for us to create your personal apparel. This timeline does not include shipment time. For wholesale the process time will be longer depending on items.
What is your return/exchange policy?
♡ Since the apparel is customized , we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. We do however, value your satisfaction so please reach out if there are any concerns with your order.
